For the past week or so, there have been no noises anywhere.  Today, we went up to the attic to check the traps.  We found two dead mice.  It looks like our critter problems are no more (fingers crossed).
 
We want to thank you very much for the inspection and repair work that you did for us.   You were reassuring, professional, and informative.  You'll the only person I'll recommend to family and friends.   Thanks again.
